It’s no surprise that a band with chops like Big Time Rush have several concert tours under their belt. Their undeniable star power and stage presence made every show a treasure and delight with fans coming out in droves to see the boys perform live.
Headlining Tours
Big Time Rush’s first concert tour was in 2011 with their “Big Time Rush in Concert” tour. This tour saw the band visiting venues in the US, Germany, and the UK in support of their debut album,BTR. Most of the shows were performed at radio festivals, state fairs, and amusement parks with up to 20,000 spectators at each appearance. It began in April 2011 and ended in December.
The following year saw the “Better With U Tour” and the “Big Time Summer Tour” both in 2012. Which then led to the famous “Summer Break Tour” and “Live World Tour” in 2013 and 2014 respectively. After this, the band took an extended break that ended in the 2020’s and featured a 2021 concert show, “Big Time Rush Live” which was a reunion event held in New York and Chicago.
After this, came the 2022 Forever Tour This tour was first announced on February 12, 2022 and later began on June 23, 2022 in Oxon HIll, MD. It was confirmed that this would be a world tour for the band including three shows in Mexico that sold out in less than a day necessitating three additional shows to be added.
